Tanjung Pati - DISHUB (22/11), Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2012 Tentang Kendaraan Bermotor, serta Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 133 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengujian Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor yang menyatakan setiap kendaraan bermotor wajib uji berkala. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka bagi masyarakat atau Dinas yang menggunakan pelayanan pengujian kendaraan bermotor yang telah dikenakan Retribusi dan bagi yang terlambat melakukan uji berkala kendaraan bermotor yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dapat bersenang hati karena akan dilakukan pemutihan denda retribusi keterlambatan pengujian berkala kendaraan bermotor.

 

Hal tersebut dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota juga berkaitan untuk menyikapi dampak ekonomi yang diakibatkan oleh Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) yang masih berlangsung. Selain itu pemutihan denda retribusi keterlambatan pengujian berkala kendaraan bermotor ini dilakukan untuk kepentingan keselamatan publik berkendara dan berlalu lintas serta upaya untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat.

 

Berikut adalah imbauan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota berkaitan dengan pemutihan denda retribusi keterlambatan pengujian berkala kendaraan bermotor tersebut:

 

• Diminta kepada masyarakat atau dinas yang mempunyai kendaraan bermotor, yang wajib uji berkala agar segera melakukan pengujian kendaraan bermotor pada Seksi Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota;

• Terhitung mulai tanggal 5 November s/d 20 Desember 2020 Pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota melakukan Pemutihan Denda Retribusi Keterlambatan Pengujian Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor;

• Agar Kepala OPD dan Wali Nagari dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menyebarluaskan informasi ini kepada masyarakat dilingkungannya.

BLEACHING OF THE DELAY RETRIBUTION FINE PERIODIC TEST OF MOTOR VEHICLES

Based on Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, Government Regulation Number 55 of 2012 concerning Motor Vehicles, and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 133 of 2015 concerning Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles which states that every motorized vehicle is obliged to periodically test. In connection with this, the public or office who use testing of motorized vehicles that have been subject to retribution and those who are late in conducting periodic testing of motorized vehicles in the Lima Puluh Kota Regency can have fun because there will be a periodic bleaching of fees for motor vehicle testers.

 

This was done by the District Government of Lima Puluh Kota and was also related to addressing the economic impact caused by the ongoing spread of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). In addition, the bleaching of retribution data which is periodically reviewed by motorized vehicles is carried out for the benefit of public safety and is passed as well as an effort to provide excellent service to the community.

 

The following is an appeal from the District Government of Lima Puluh Kota regarding the periodic testing of motorized vehicle testing fees :

• It is requested from the public or office that are motorized vehicles, which are obliged to periodically conduct motorized vehicle testing at the Vehicle Testing Section of the Transportation Service of lima puluh kota Regency;
• Starting from November 5^th to December 20^th, 2020, the District Government of lima puluh kota will carry out the Bleaching of Retribution for Delay Periodic Testing of Motor Vehicles;
• So that the Head of Office and Wali Nagari within the District Government of lima puluh kota disseminate this information to the community in their environment.
