Tanjung Pati - DISHUB, Berdasarkan surat dari BKPSDM nomor: 800/842/BKPSDM-LK/2020 perihal Pencegahan dan Pengawasan Netralitas ASN dalam Menghadapi Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Serentak Tahun 2020, maka pada hari Rabu tanggal 30 September 2020 pukul 08.00 WIB bertempat di halaman Kantor Bupati Lima Puluh Kota telah dilaksanakan apel bersama dalam rangka pengucapan dan penandatanganan ikrar Netralitas ASN dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Serentak Tahun 2020.

 

Pada hari ini, Senin tanggal 5 Oktober 2020 pukul 08.00 WIB bertembat di lapangan apel Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Bapak Ir. H. Anharmen beserta staf ASN dan THL Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota melaksanakan apel bersama untuk melakukan pengucapan dan penandatanganan ikrar Netralitas ASN dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Serentak Tahun 2020.

 

Kegiatan diawali dengan apel bersama pengucapan lima citra manusia perhubungan , setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pengucapan ikrar Netralitas ASN dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Serentak Tahun 2020. Setelah pengucapan ikrar tersebut dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan ikrar yang dimulai dari Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sekretaris, Kepala Bidang, Kepala Seksi, Kasubbag, serta staf ASN dan THL Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota.

 

Dengan penandatanganan ikrar ini diharapakan kepada ASN dan THL Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dapat menjaga ketentraman dan ketertiban Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020, tidak memihak salah satu pasangan calon Bupati Lima Puluh Kota, serta bijak dalam menggunakan social media dengan tidak menyebarkan isu-isu terhadap pasangan calon Bupati Lima Puluh Kota. Today, Monday, October 5^th, 2020 at 08.00 WIB, held a ceremony in the field of the Transportation Departement, Head Office of Transportation Departement, Mr. Ir. H. Anharmen along with goverment employees and Freelance Daily Workers of the Transportation Departement held a joint ceremony to carry out the declaration and signing of the goverment employees Neutrality pledge in the implementation of Simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) 2020.

The activity begins with the pronunciation of Lima Citra Manusia Perhubungan, after that with the pronouncement of the pledge of neutrality of goverment employees in the implementation of the Simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) in 2020. After pronouncing the pledge, it is continued with the signing of the pledge starting from the Head Office, Secretary, Head of Field, Head of Section, Head of Subdivision, and continue with goverment employees and freelance daily personnel from the Transportation Departement.

With the signing of this pledge, it is hoped that the goverment employees and freelance daily personnel from the Transportation Departement can maintain peace and order in the 2020 Regional Elections, not taking sides with one of the candidates for Regent of Lima Puluh Kota, and be wise in using social media by not spreading negative issues to the candidate pairs for Regent of Lima Puluh Kota.
