Penandatanganan BASTO dan Naskah Hibah Bus Bantuan TA.2020 Kementerian Perhubungan

Tanjung Pati - DISHUB (16/03), Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota telah menerima hibah bantuan 1 (satu) kendaraan Bus Sekolah dari Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Kementerian Perhubungan Tahun Anggaran 2020, sehubungan dengan penerimaan hibah bantuan ini dalam rangka tindak lanjut penyelesaian proses serah terima operasional telah diselenggarakan rapat koordinasi penandatanganan berita acara serah terima operasional (BASTO) dengan para pihak penerima Bus Sekolah Bantuan.

Sesuai Surat Undangan Rapat dari Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Kementerian Perhubungan Nomor. UM.207/12/8/DJPD/2021 tanggal 26 Februari 2021, kegiatan dilaksanakan hari Rabu 3 Maret 2021 hingga 6 Maret 2021 bertepat di Hotel Ibis Style Tanah Abang, Jakarta. Sesuai dengan jadwal yang terlampir, penandatanganan BASTO, naskah hibah dan pengumpulan data dukung dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat 5 Maret 2021 pukul 14.00 WIB.

Untuk menghadiri undangan tersebut Bupati Lima Puluh Kota melalui telaahan staf menugaskan Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Ir. H. Anharmen. Beliau Berangkat pada hari Kamis tanggal 4 Maret 2021 dengan membawa data dukung berupa, (1) SK. Pengangkatan Kepala Daerah, (2) Surat Pernyataan Kesanggupan Menerima dan Mengelola Aset, (3) Surat Kuasa, (4) Kajian Manfaat, (5) Outline proposal permohonan bus bantuan TA. 2020 dan tak lupa juga beliau membawa dan menyerahkan proposal permohonan bus bantuan bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota TA. 2021.

Tidak ada acara yang istimewa seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, dikarenakan masih dalam rangka pencegahan dan pengendalian peyebaran corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19). Acara berlangsung tertutup dan dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung dengan para panitia yang bertugas dan tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Acara penandatanganan selesai pada hari itu juga dan Kepala Dinas Pulang pada hari Sabtu 6 Maret 2021. (adm)

The Government of Lima Puluh Kota has received 1 (one) School Bus assistance grant from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation for the 2020 fiscal Year, in connection with the receipt of this aid grant in order to follow up the completion of the operational handover process a coordination meeting was held signing the minutes operational handover (BASTO) with the recipients of the School Bus assistance.

In accordance with the Meeting Invitation Letter from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation, Number. UM.207 / 12/8 / DJPD / 2021, February 26^th 2021, the activity will be held on Wednesday 3^rd March 2021 to 6^th March 2021 at the Ibis Style Hotel Tanah Abang, Jakarta. In accordance with the attached schedule, the signing of BASTO, grant manuscripts and supporting data will be held on Friday, March 5^th, 2021 at 14.00 WIB for Government of Lima Puluh Kota.

For the invitation, the Government of Lima Puluh Kota, through a staff review, was appointed the Head of the lima puluh kota departement transportation, Ir. H. Anharmen to attend. He left on Thursday, March 4^th 2021 with the supporting data in the form of, (1) SK. Appointment of Regional Heads, (2) Statement of Capability to Receive and Manage Assets, (3) Power of Attorney, (4) Study of Benefits, (5) Outline of proposals for requests for assistance for the 2020 fiscal year and did not forget to brought and submit proposals for assistance requests for the Government of Lima Puluh Kota for the 2021 fiscal year.

There are no special event like the previous years, because it is still in the context of preventing and controlling the spread of the corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The event was closed and carried out face to face with the committee on duty and still following the health protocol. The signing ceremony was finished on the same day and the Head of office returned home on Saturday, March 6^th, 2021. (gT)
