Sarilamak – DISHUB, In condition with the start of the Basic Competence Test (TKD) for canditates of civil servants Lima Puluh Kota Regency in 2020, Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency as a departement related to canditates of civil servants acceptance in Lima Puluh Kota conducted a coordination meeting between relevant departement, which included the Departement of Transportation, Departement of Education and Culture, Department of Population and Civil Registration, Departement of civil service police Unit, Inspectorate and Head of Sub-district of Guguk. The meeting was held on Wednesday, January 29^th, 2020 in the Regent's meeting room on the second floor of the Lima Puluh Kota regent Office.

In accordance with the Regent decree that has been issued, that the CPNS Basic Competence Test for Lima Puluh Kota Regency will be held at National Junior High School 1 of Guguk District Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The Basic Competency Test will be conducted in a number of sessions and will certainly require maximum security so that activities carried out from February 4^th until 17^th, 2020 took place good condition and without obstacles.

The meeting held on Wednesday discussed about traffic condition and parking which will be used by canditates of civil servants participants. Since the test location is on a provincial road and every day there will be held a market, reserve parking is needed for canditates of civil servants participants . It is estimated that participants who come every day more or less 1000 people per day and the possibility of bringing private vehicles both cars or motors. (GT)

Sarilamak - DISHUB, Sehubungan dengan akan dimulainya Tes Kompetensi Dasar Penerimaan CPNS Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Tahun 2020 maka BKPSDM selaku Instasi yang terkait dengan penerimaan CPNS Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota melakukan rapat koordinasi antara instansi terkait, yang meliputi Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Pendidikan dan Budaya, Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil, Satpol PP, Inspektorat, Camat Kecamatan Guguk. Rapat tersebut dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 29 Januari 2020 di ruang rapat Bupati yang berada di lantai dua Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota.

Sesuai dengan keputusan yang telah dikeluarkan, bahwa tes Kompetensi Dasar Penerimaan CPNS Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota akan diadakan di SMPN 1 Kecamatan Guguk Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Tes Kompetensi Dasar tersebut akan dilakukan dalam beberapa sesi dan tentunya nantinya akan memerlukan pengamanan yang maksimal agar kegiatan yang dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 04 Februari sampai dengan tanggal 17 Februari 2020 berjalan dengan lancar dan tanpa hambatan.

Rapat yang dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tersebut membahas lalu lintas, parkir yang akan digunakan oleh peserta CPNS. Berhubung lokasi ujian yang berada di jalan provinsi dan setiap harinya akan ada pasar maka dibutuhkan parkir cadangan untuk peserta ujian CPNS Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Diperkirakan peserta yang datang setiap harinya lebih kurang 1000 orang perhari dan berkemungkinan membawa kendaraan pribadi baik itu roda empat dan roda dua. (RY)
